1. Express Entry Program

Express Entry is designed to facilitate express immigration of skilled workers to Canada "who are most likely to succeed economically.”

2. PNP Program

The Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) allow Canadian provinces and territories to nominate individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada and who are interested in settling in a particular province.

3. Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program.

The Atlantic Immigration Pilot is a fast-track immigration program that allows employers in Canada's four Atlantic provinces — Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island — to hire foreign nationals for jobs they haven't been able to fill locally.

4. Rural and Northern Immigration Program

On January 24, 2019 Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada ("IRCC") launched a new pilot program called the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (the "RNIP"). The RNIP is a community driven program that proposes to assist and support rural communities with labour market shortages and regional economic development.

5. FSWP (Federal skilled work permit)

The Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) program is for people who are selected to immigrate to Canada because of their work experience and skills. Important Note: As of January, 1, 2015 candidates for the Federal Skilled Worker Program will be selected to apply through the Express Entry System.

6. FSTC (Federal Skilled Trade Certification)

The Federal Skilled Trades Class (FSTC) is a Canadian permanent residence pathway for foreign nationals with experience in a skilled trade. ... The FSTC allows individuals with a valid job offer or a certificate of qualification to obtain permanent residence in any Canadian province or territory other than Quebec.
